The liquids allowed in the diet are: tea, coffee, skimmed milk, water and unsweetened juices.

The soup recipe is as follows:

2 green bell peppers
2 pounds of carrots
2 cans of green beans
1 bunch of celery
1 to 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
3 green onions or larger
1 can of beef broth (without fat)

The idea is to make a large batch of soup and eat it throughout the day when you’re hungry. You can season your soup with salt, parsley, pepper, stocks, or even Worcestershire sauce. After chopping and mixing the ingredients, just boil for 10 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
