Great fears in the life of a dog

The most common pet that resides in almost every house is a dog. There are many people who are afraid of dogs, but these shy creatures have much greater fears. Many dogs, but not all, are afraid of traveling in a car. This is mainly due to their lack of early exposure to car travel. This may well be the result of some negative experience the dog has had. You can reduce this fear with treats and praise that can slowly entice your dog into the car. After that, a good driving experience will end your fear forever.

Another interesting fear that a dog develops is the fear of foreign or unknown objects. However, there is nothing to worry about in this type of fear since a dog’s reactions in this case would not be so worrying. Usually, a dog is afraid of things like vacuum cleaners, Christmas decorations, children’s toys, but you can solve this problem simply by removing these objects from his sight. Sometimes this can be a problem, for example when his dog refuses to pass a statue outside his building.

There are many other fears that are part of a dog’s life, but if they are presented to him, little by little he will learn to live with them. All a dog needs is proper training and a little attention from him, then he can overcome some of his life’s greatest fears.
