Figures and environment
What is the motif of the figurines? Do we find them pretty, or do we seek to capture a thing or a person in a way that we can keep around us for a lifetime and pass them off as an heirloom, or just a part of who we were? while we are, handling it as fragile as most of them seem? Think of an angel figure, how delicate she is and real to life too. The artist of most figurines is so talented that they put the smallest detail into every part of them, including the nails.
When we collect figurines, we usually buy a fine china cabinet and display them, we rejoice with pride, while others admire our real perfect figurines. Some people prefer to buy a few and use them as home decorations. Figures can add stunning beauty to the home when placed in the right place. Imagine a beautiful wooden table with a silver plate of sweets and a golden bowl of walnuts and between them is a figure, of a plump Buddha, surrounded by his delight in sandwiches. Some figurines contain plants and flowers, which some people display in their home to add life and beauty, or perhaps just a touch of class.
Let’s not forget the many means that are used to make figurines. There are the ones made of clay, glass, gold, silver, multimetal, bronze, copper, brass, porcelain again, the list goes on and on.
Figures make a great gift for both someone who knows well and someone who doesn’t know much.
One woman loved fantasy figures and art so much that she decorated her entire house with figures of fairies, Unicorn and Pegasus. He didn’t stop there, he also hung fantasy paintings everywhere, to make his home a fantasy land. You’d think this would end up doing it, but, actually, it was impressive.
There are also garden or patio figurines, some people have figurines for every holiday or just for the season. A patio with some well done figures you can’t help but take a look or two. The exterior of our homes can tell a lot about who we are. For example, it can show how much we enjoy celebrating the holidays, or it can show us that someone male or female lives there, even if you look at what kind of figurines they choose to display, it gives an idea of what kind. of the person lives in that beautiful and striking house.
Of course, if it is not Halloween and you see witches, devils or other scary figures all year round, one might wonder if it is a dark person or just find a different kind of beauty with such figures.
