Feng Shui: myths, miracles or reality?

Oh Lord ! That must have been a bit scary.

I was in Genting Highlands, Malaysia for a conference on June 24, 2006. At the breakfast table, my friend showed me a piece of news that really shocked me. It was reported that the daughter-in-law was killed by the father-in-law with a shotgun over a small matter in the kitchen. Accordingly, the father-in-law brought a piece of wild boar meat and put it in the fridge. Due to his carelessness, there were a few drops of blood on the ground. This caused the daughter in law to complain about the dirty floor. Without saying anything, the father-in-law returned to his room and came out with his shotgun. He shot the head of the daughter-in-law, a housewife, who at the time was washing the dishes in the basin. The father-in-law committed suicide after killing the daughter-in-law. This incident is a bit scary.

Well, according to the law of cause and effect, there must be some cause that triggered the incident that resulted in the tragedy. For feng shui practitioners, the kitchen is one of the six important sections of the house that controls wealth, health, prosperity, and harmony. The oven must be located correctly in the place where it should be located; otherwise, catastrophe and bad luck will occur and the family will be in a chaotic condition. There were many precedents before the above incident. During my practice, my grandmaster always warns me to be careful when reading for the kitchen because the kitchen is the place where the mouth ingests food that contains chi. The chi can be good or bad depending on the direction of the stove. According to a Chinese saying, all the problems in life come from the mouth and all the diseases also enter through the mouth.

In order to place the stove in the right direction and in the right place where it should be, you should seek the advice of a feng shui master. Of course, the true feng shui master, not the six-thirty guy. This is because the cooking effect alone is not enough to counter the evil effect. The reading should be done for the whole house and the alignment should be adjusted so that it takes advantage of good chi for everyone staying in the same house. The personal kua of the occupants and the kua of the house have to be scrutinized and adjusted to reap the greatest benefits from the house as well as to prevent unforeseen incidents from happening.
