"Cheesecake" Starring Pavel Melenchuk

“Cheesecake” is about a troubled 13-year-old boy who is having a hard time at home. He has no father, and his alcoholic mother has a series of one-night stands that tend to end in a drunken stupor. When Alyosha (Pavel Melenchuk) is cast to appear in a cheesecake commercial (hence the name), it seems like she may have finally taken a break.

He’s making some money that he can spend on himself, he has a job that helps keep him busy and out of trouble, and even just for a little bit, he gets to feel what it’s like to be a part of a real life. loving family as they sit around the table eating their slices of cheesecake.
