Since, for most of us, our home represents the largest financial asset, doesn’t it make sense, when you decide to sell your home, you get the best results, and when you buy, you get the quality home? , do you seek and do you deserve? In most parts of the country, there are many options, in terms of hiring a real estate agent, to best represent you and your needs, in the best possible way, so it is wise to choose wisely and hire the best. individual, for your specific needs, personality, situation, etc. Let’s go over some of the qualities to focus on.

1. Empathy: When interviewing potential agents, take a close look and see if your presentation is clearly focused on you or more general. Does the individual ask insightful and insightful questions, and then listen effectively and learn what they are looking for and their goals, priorities and needs? You may be wondering why I list empathy before certain skills, but it’s because many have the skills, but few possess genuine empathy!

two. Action / Marketing Plan: How will your home be marketed and why? What means, vehicles, etc. could they make the best differences, for the better? How will you and the agent work as a team? How often will you share ideas and what will the process look like? How will possible price adjustments be determined and considered? What factors does the agent anticipate and how will they locate you? Are you a candidate, for a house-stager, how expensive is it and what are the benefits, etc.?

3. Niche: Is this house a candidate for niche marketing and why? If so, what is that niche? How will the house be marketed and promoted to better take advantage of that?

Four. Strengths weaknesses: Avoid being overly emotional and review both the strengths and weaknesses of the house and property, etc., especially compared to the competition. Emphasize strengths and minimize weaknesses!

5. Competitive market analysis: Pricing your home up front is often the difference between the best and the least! Many people falsely equate the listing price with the sale price and put the house for sale at too high a price. Doing so often hurts the final number, because in most cases, the best results come in the first few weeks, and only smart pricing does! There are often times when the lower price creates a competitive situation and I’ve often had customers, I get better results, starting with a lower price and attracting more buyers.

6. Integrity: It is difficult to assess, but it requires an agent with the highest degree of genuine integrity.

Examine carefully and consider who you choose to hire as your real estate agent. The better you choose, the easier the period will be.
